Summary
Over the course of a workplace tenant-improvement project, more than a dozen architectural features, including placemaking and wayfinding elements, were developed in collaboration with Olson Kundig and Studio Matthews. The thematic direction reflects the meeting of new industry with the Bay Area’s historic maritime trades, and the intersection of coastal estuaries with the region’s grassy hills.
