Misc Metals Fabrication for Bay Area General Contractors
DEKA Fabrication builds the metal no catalog covers. Stairs, railings, canopies, gates and screens, detailed in our shop and installed by our own crews. GCs get one accountable team from shop drawings to final installation.

What falls under misc metals
Misc metals covers the metal fabrications in CSI Division 05 50 00. These are the pieces outside the structural frame that still have to be built right and installed on schedule. Our work includes:
Stairs and railings
Canopies and structural awnings
Gates and security enclosures
Screens, dividers and perforated panels
Shade structures and space frames
Support frames and custom brackets
Embeds, lintels and ladders
Bollards

Built for how GCs buy
We read your drawings and specs and send a clear bid. Once awarded, we produce shop drawings and submittals and work to your schedule. We install with our own crews. No handoff to a separate installer.

Metal Fabrication
Our shop runs CNC waterjet and laser cutting, structural welding, tube rolling and bending, and thick plate plasma cutting. We finish with powder coat, anodizing and custom patina. Fabrication and finish stay under one roof.

Mixed Metals
Some scopes need more than steel. We work in steel, aluminum, stainless and specialty alloys, often in the same assembly.

Material Integration
Keep the heading. We also integrate stone, glass, resin, lighting and millwork with the metal. When a stair has a wood tread or a canopy has integrated lighting, it stays in one shop.
